When to arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

What if I am late?
As a courtesy to all our clients all treatments are completed as scheduled.

What if I have special health conditions?
Please notify our front desk whilst booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments, or if you are pregnant.

What if I need to change my appointment?
Cancellations must be advised 7 days in advance or charges may apply. Spa package and wedding bookings may require a 50% payment in advance.

Who are the clients of Salute Hair & Spa?
It is a unisex environment so both men and women are invited to enjoy our services.

Spa Etiquette..
At the Spa we offer the opportunity for you to not only enjoy beautiful treatments but a tranquil and peaceful environment. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other Spa guests by using a lowered voice and turning off mobile phones. For your comfort the spa is a child free area.

All day packages include the full use of our retreat room, with complimentary herbal teas, juices, fruit and snack bars.
